I don't think this artistic mural by living artist Judith Bricault Klein, located on the inside of a public building in Canada, is covered by Canadian law on freedom of panorama. DS (talk) 22:49, 29 April 2023 (UTC)

Kept: COM:FOP Canada refers to COM:UK, where "works of artistic craftsmanship" includes hand-painted tiles, which seems to be applicable here, assuming that a tile mosaic is considered 2D and not 3D in the first place. —holly {chat} 17:54, 27 September 2023 (UTC)
